These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the keno89 platform and all associated services. By accessing or using any part of keno89.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before placing any bet or making any deposit.
Before reading the full document, here are the six most important commitments that keno89 makes to every member.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use keno89. Age is verified during KYC, and accounts belonging to underage individuals will be permanently closed.
Each individual may hold only one keno89 account. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent withdrawal limits will be merged or suspended without notice.
All keno89 balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). There are no foreign exchange fees, and all transactions settle in Rp. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000.
All promotional bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 10× the bonus amount before withdrawal. Specific terms for each promotion are published on the relevant offer page and take precedence over these general terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which keno89 holds its international gaming licence. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to binding arbitration under those jurisdiction's commercial arbitration rules.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, or free-bet credits granted to a Member by keno89, subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total value of qualifying bets a Member must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10×). |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by keno89 before a Member may withdraw funds or increase deposit limits. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country or territory from which access to keno89 is restricted by applicable law or by keno89's licensing conditions. |

To be eligible to register and use the keno89 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:
keno89 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within ten (10) business days of request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
To access the full range of keno89 Services, you must register an Account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one (1) keno89 Account. Creating or attempting to create more than one Account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any Balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. keno89 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to keep your registered personal details — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — accurate and up to date. Material discrepancies between registered details and KYC documents may result in account suspension pending investigation.
3.4 No Transfer of Account. Your keno89 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account will render it liable to immediate suspension.
keno89 operates a Know Your Customer programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-financing-of-terrorism (CFT) standards. KYC verification may be required before a Member may withdraw funds, increase deposit limits, or access certain high-stake products.
Documents that keno89 may request include, but are not limited to:
keno89 reserves the right to suspend a Member's withdrawal capability — while permitting continued betting with existing Balance — during the KYC review period. No interest accrues on suspended balances during this period.
All deposits to a keno89 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. keno89 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. The following deposit methods are currently supported:
5.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, subject to keno89's internal risk controls.
5.2 Deposit Fees. keno89 does not charge any fee for processing deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your own responsibility.
5.3 Failed or Delayed Deposits. If a deposit does not reflect in your Account Balance within thirty (30) minutes of transfer, you must contact keno89 support with your transfer receipt. keno89 will investigate and, where the transfer is confirmed by the bank or payment provider, credit your Account within one (1) business day.
5.4 Currency. All deposits are accepted and held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). keno89 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. No currency conversion service is provided on the Platform.
Members may withdraw their available Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless keno89 approves an alternative method in writing.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
6.2 Processing Time. keno89 targets an average withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. keno89 does not guarantee any specific processing time but will use reasonable commercial efforts to meet the fifteen-minute target.
6.3 Withdrawal Verification. keno89 may require a Member to complete or update KYC verification before processing a withdrawal. This requirement is a standard security measure and does not constitute an allegation of wrongdoing.
6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals will not be processed where: (a) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud or policy breach; (b) the requested amount includes Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement; (c) the Account has not completed the required KYC stage; or (d) keno89 has received a valid legal order requiring the Account to be frozen.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. keno89 does not currently charge a withdrawal processing fee. This policy may be revised with fourteen (14) days' written notice to affected Members.
keno89 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
7.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount. Only qualifying bets placed on eligible products count toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Bets on restricted games, bet combinations with odds below the minimum threshold, or hedged bets across multiple outcomes may not qualify.
7.2 One Bonus at a Time. Only one active bonus may be held at any time unless a specific promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with another active offer. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses in violation of this rule may result in cancellation of the excess bonus without notice.
7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus credit date unless a shorter or longer period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
7.4 Abuse & Manipulation. keno89 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Member has exploited a promotion through arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear a Wagering Requirement, or any other method that keno89 considers an abuse of the promotional terms. Such determination rests solely with keno89.
7.5 keno89's Right to Amend Promotions. keno89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, Members who have already opted in will have a reasonable period to complete the associated Wagering Requirement before the bonus expires.
The following general rules apply across all keno89 betting and gaming products. Product-specific rules for sportsbook markets (including mix parlay accumulators and voor bola Asian handicap lines), live casino tables, slots, online poker, fish shooting games, and togel draws are published separately within each product section of the Platform and shall be read in conjunction with these general rules.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until keno89 issues a bet confirmation reference number. Market or price fluctuations between the time a Member submits a bet and the time of system confirmation may result in the bet being rejected or accepted at a revised price, depending on the Platform's live-odds settings at that time.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product, market, and the Member's account tier. Current limits are displayed within each product interface. keno89 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play.
8.3 Obvious Errors. Where a bet is placed at a price or odds that are clearly erroneous due to a system error, data feed failure, or human input mistake — and the correct price would have been materially different — keno89 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Member's Balance. keno89 will notify the Member as promptly as practicable when invoking this right.
8.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: (a) the event to which it relates is cancelled or abandoned without a result; (b) the market is suspended for regulatory reasons; or (c) the result cannot be determined from an official governing body. Void bets are refunded to the Member's Balance as a stake return.
8.5 Prohibited Strategies. The use of automated betting bots, scripted programs, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on keno89 is strictly prohibited. keno89 reserves the right to void all bets placed through automated means and to permanently close the associated Account without payment of any Balance.

All content on the keno89 Platform — including but not limited to the keno89 brand name and logo, website design, software, source code, graphics, text, game interfaces, and all other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of keno89 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
10.1 Limited Licence. keno89 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming entertainment. This licence does not include any right to download, copy, scrape, republish, or distribute any Platform content.
10.2 Prohibited Use. You may not reproduce, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any element of the keno89 Platform without prior written consent from keno89. Unauthorised use of keno89 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, keno89, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes keno89's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own proven gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
keno89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
12.1 Balances on Termination. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than confirmed fraud or Terms breach, any remaining verified Balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days. Where closure follows confirmed fraud or a material Terms breach, keno89 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Balance pending investigation and any applicable regulatory or legal process.
12.2 Voluntary Closure. Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting keno89 support. All pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes before closure is finalised and the remaining Balance returned.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which keno89 holds its international gaming licence.
13.1 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact keno89 support and allow a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally. keno89 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty (20) business days.
13.2 Arbitration. Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of a Member's written complaint, either party may elect to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.3 Indonesia Market Note. keno89 acknowledges that Indonesian law does not currently provide a regulated domestic framework for online gambling disputes. Members who are residents of Indonesia agree that the dispute resolution mechanism described in Clause 13.2 represents the sole and exclusive remedy for any unresolved claim against keno89.
keno89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, keno89 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice to existing Members via the email address registered on their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, before the revised terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange voluntary Account closure and return of your available Balance.
